Well, first of all, wow, we're impressed. You must be very strong. Each product includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact hello@pitviper.com to start the warranty process. Lost? Stolen? At the bottom of the lake? Destroyed by your dog or your own stupidity? WHAT… HOW??? YES of course, although ask your friends and loved ones first, because you could be making one of the biggest mistakes of your life. Shhhh, it’s okay, we’ll take care of you.
Spain is DIFFERENT! As we are located in sunny Barcelona, we accept returns as long as we receive the glasses at our offices. (C / Ramon Casas 3, 08911, Badalona (BCN)) in perfect condition and just as you received them (glasses, packaging, accessories and/or any other crap...), for the quality inspection process. It must be within the stipulated period of 15 days from your purchase.
Better in Spanish... to make it 100% clear: ...blah blah blah..."We accept any return as long as we receive the glasses at our offices. (C/ Ramon Casas 3, 08911, Badalona (BCN)) within the stipulated period of 15 days from the date of purchase."
